Refund Policy:
  • No refunds are applicable for DG Guard, as charges are incurred only for actual usage.

DG Parking

DG Parking operates on a prepaid credit system, where users purchase credits and consume them over time.

Refund Policy:
  • Users may request a refund for unused credit balance.
  • Once processed, the unused amount will be refunded through the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
  • Credits that have already been used are non-refundable.

2. Physical Products

Thermal Rolls

We maintain strict quality standards for consumable products.

Return & Refund Policy:
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Eligible returns will receive a 100% refund.

Android Devices

We provide after-sales support to ensure long-term usability.

Warranty & Service Policy:
  • 1 Year Free Repair Service (labor/service only).
  • Parts or replacement components are not included and will be charged separately.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse or unauthorized modifications.
