Refund Policy:
- No refunds are applicable for DG Guard, as charges are incurred only for actual usage.
DG Parking
DG Parking operates on a prepaid credit system, where users purchase credits and consume them over time.
Refund Policy:
- Users may request a refund for unused credit balance.
- Once processed, the unused amount will be refunded through the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
- Credits that have already been used are non-refundable.
2. Physical Products
Thermal Rolls
We maintain strict quality standards for consumable products.
Return & Refund Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Eligible returns will receive a 100% refund.
Android Devices
We provide after-sales support to ensure long-term usability.
Warranty & Service Policy:
- 1 Year Free Repair Service (labor/service only).
- Parts or replacement components are not included and will be charged separately.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse or unauthorized modifications.
